Block completely their access is not the solution

To avoid exposure to all the risks Internet brings home, some parents could simply not allow Internet in their homes.

However this solution would block the access to knowing a world with which your children will have to deal in their scholar life or in their future profession.

It would be something like not letting your children learn how to read so that they would not read objectionable content.
