* net-MaMMa users who acquired the license (as a physical CD or as a downloadable version).
By acquiring the net-MaMMa license (as a physical CD or as a downloadable version), the user grants the right to install and use one net-MaMMa copy in one computer for as long as the user wishes. This right is a non exclusive right and is not transferable to other users.

* net-MaMMa demonstration version users:
The user has the right to install and use one net-MaMMa demonstration copy in one computer for a period of 15 days, for testing purposes. After these 15 days period - starting on the day of first installation – or before that, if the user wishes to continue using net-MaMMa, he has to acquire the net-MaMMa license.
Instructions on how to acquire the net-MaMMa license can be found in our internet page, www.net-mamma.com or in net-MaMMa control panel, in the help menu, under the title “Registry Data".
For each acquired license, the user grants the right to install and use one net-MaMMa copy in one computer for as long as the user wishes. This right is a non exclusive right and is not transferable to other users.

Renting or loan of net-MaMMa software
Once installed in one computer, net-MaMMa software cannot, by any means, be rented, yielded or loaned to a third party (person, company or organization.

Activation of the net-MaMMa license.
For security reasons, after installing, the user has to activate the software license. The activation can be done through internet, e-mail or telephone. After acquiring and installing the net-MaMMa copy, the user will receive instructions on how to activate his license.
The activation code cannot be given, yielded or, of some form, transmitted to a third party (person, company or organization).

net-MaMMa purposes and usage policy
The program net-MaMMa is meant to be used by parents or educators who need to supervise or control computer activities of minors for whom they are in charged and are responsible for.
Using net-MaMMa for other purposes than the ones mentioned will occur outside the boundaries of this contract and under exclusive responsibility of the net-MaMMa user.

net-MaMMa usage limits
For all the net-MaMMa software, the user cannot copy, emulate, clone, rent, loan, sell, modify, disassemble or use any type of reverse engineering or transfer the license.
Any use as described above or a similar one is considered a non authorized use and implies the automatic and immediate loss of the rights that this License grants. The user won’t be entitled to any kind of return of money spent in the acquisition of (s) the license (s) in cause. Additionally, the non authorized use might result in a complaint in justice against the perpetrator.

Limit of Responsibility for indirect damages
net-MaMMa team or any other intervening party involved in the creation, production or distribution of the software net-MaMMa will not be, under any circumstances, target to responsibility attribution of damages of any type (including but not limited to any type of moral damages or direct or indirect damages, loss of benefits, business interruption, loss of information or other damages) resulting from usage or misusage of the software net-MaMMa or of its installer software, even if net-MaMMa team has been informed of such damages.
The software net-MaMMa is distributed “as is”, without guarantee of any species, express or inferred, including, without limitations, inferred guarantees of commercialization or adequateness to some particular end.
All the inherent risks to the use of the program net-MaMMa are assumed by the user. net-MaMMa team can, at any time, revoke this license notifying the user of the program net-MaMMa through the email he used to register the software net-MaMMa. The user can cancel this agreement destroying and/or erasing all copies of the program net-MaMMa in his possession.
This End User License Agreement of the software net-MaMMa, as well as the implicit guarantee, will be conducted and interpreted in accordance with the Portuguese law.

net-MaMMa software distribution
Any person or company can distribute both versions of net-MaMMa software.
No person or company is allowed to charge commissions or taxes to distribute or install the software net-MaMMa without the explicit written authorization of the net-MaMMa team.

Including net-MaMMa software in packages of products
The software net-MaMMa cannot be enclosed in packages of products or distributed in products sets without the explicit written authorization of net-MaMMa team.

Effective law
This End User License Agreement of the software net-MaMMa, as well as the implicit guarantee, will be conducted and interpreted in accordance with the Portuguese law.

Automatic acceptance of the End User License Agreement
The installation and/or the use of the software net-MaMMa imply the acceptance by the end user of this End User License Agreement, as a whole and in what it concerns to each one of its terms.

Implications of non-acceptance of this End User License Agreement
If the user does not agree with the terms of this End User License Agreement, the user has the right and the obligation to cease the use the software net-MaMMa and to remove it’s the installation from the computer.

Property and Industrial and commercial rights of the software net-MaMMa
All the rights of the brand net-MaMMa and its logo belong exclusively to the net-MaMMa team.
The use of the name and logo without the explicit written consent of the net-MaMMa team is expressly forbidden.
The software net-MaMMa, including its source code, documentation, appearance, structure and organization, is an exclusive result of the net-MaMMa team’s work that holds all the rights of property of the software and it’s components, its copies and modifications.
