If your Windows installation still does not have Microsoft .NET Framework, you should start by installing it.
To do so, download the installation files from Microsoft pages:

This link will start the download of the installer for Microsoft .net framework. This Microsoft page also informs you on how to proceed to install the component.

If you don't know for sure of your computer has or not the .NET Framework already installed, you can proceed as if you did not have. The installer will detect it and you will see a screen with the subtitle "maintenance mode". If you get this screen, you should, at this point, cancel the installation of the component.

** the physical CD version has all the components you might need. In this case, the installer will auto install all the pre requisites if they are needed.

2. Installing net-MaMMa;

Inside the folder “setupdemo” - the folder generated while unpacking the installation file downloaded from net-mamma site - there is a file named “install.exe” – double click this file. Beyond this point, you only need to follow the installer instructions.
IMPORTANT: If you choose the “default” installation, the net-MaMMa control panel will not be installed. In this case, the next step shows you how to access it.

3 – Access net-MaMMa control panel*, if you have chosen the “default configuration” and know you don’t know “where net-MaMMa is”.

Inside the folder “setup” - the folder generated while unpacking the installation file downloaded from net-mamma site - there is a folder named “controlpanel”. This folder contains a file named “netmamma.exe” – double click this file.
Use the following authentication data

User: netmamma
Password: admin

You can copy this folder (the entire “controlpanel” folder) to an USB pen and access net-MaMMa control panel from there.
**users who have the physical CD version can run net-MaMMa control panel from the CD itself.

4. To uninstall net-MaMMa;

Once logged in the net-MaMMa control panel, click the configuration icon (gear symbol on the top). On the left vertical menu, choose the option "Uninstall". Then, follow the uninstaller instructions.
